Policy
Any information gathered in the ordering process will not be sold, traded or given to any other person or business for any reason (with possible exceptions being government or law enforcement). We use PayPal to handle transactions to help us ensure your information remains secure. Name, address, etc. are taken for the sole purpose of shipping your order to you.
Warning
Please consider child safety at all times. No items on our site should be given to children under 5 years of age. If you are unsure if an item is safe for your child (no matter their age) we would rather you did not purchase the item. Always use your best judgement when giving a child toys and games made of small objects. Note that the Dice Bags are large, but can be folded into a smaller ball which may be unsafe for very young children.
Warranty
If your order is damaged or items are missing when received and the problem is reported within 30 days from date of shipment, Grim Trojan will replace the damaged/missing items with like items. If the exact style is not available a substitute of equal or greater value may be used. Any problems with the order that are reported after 30 days from date of shipment -- items may be replaced, but only at the discretion of Grim Trojan.
